Bethesda posted a teaser image on their website yesterday teasing an upcoming bit of downloadable content for their 2011 hit The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Aside from naming it The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Dawnguard, not much is known about what this contains. Well, to be honest nothing is really known about it. The only text that accompanies the teaser image is that Dawnguard is coming to the Xbox 360 and more information will be offered at E3.

Well, this sounds pretty awesome, but I am not sure about the “Coming to Xbox 360″ tagline. I surely hope that Microsoft hasn’t purchased exclusivity rights to the DLC or paid Bethesda to release the DLC on their platform in advance of the others like Microsoft did with Activision’s Call of Duty franchise.

Whatever the case may be, I look forward to hearing what Dawnguard is all about at E3 and hope that come this summer I can play it on my PC.
